When The Death Coming

Today I dreamed that I shot my self when I was sleeping. I was a quite of experience and for one second in the dream I feel I wanted to live again and I still have a lot to do for everyone around me,My Religion, My family, My Friends, and everyone around me that that I love so much.

Maybe this time of the year would be the hardest moment for me since it is my last semester and there is like a thousand things that I have to do and yet I haven't accomplished anything yet. It is so stressful. But that is is life as quoted a lot " C'est la Vie " and whatever it is we have always have to move on.

Now, take deep breath and rearrange your priority and put them in order . Try to do them one by one.

Favoritism in workplace

  Seeing favoritism in the workplace can be one of the most demotivating things you might experience.
    In the workplace, favoritism refers to when someone appears to be treated better than others and not necessarily for reasons related to superior work performance.

Favoritism in the workplace might result in this person being promoted faster than others unfairly, being paid more to do the same job as others, being given more leeway to come and go during the day as they please, that sort of thing.
The end result is that they appear to be treated better than others and for no valid reason.
In each case, the favoritism they are given seems to you to correlate less to their abilities and more because they know the right person or people.

Exam Oriented?

 Exam always signifies with somebody achievement. But i don't think it is fair to judge people achievement by just looking in the examination slip. Most of the people I know, are not even good in examination, but they have more capabilities rather than those who are high achiever. But however i did not mean that i rejecting the examination directly, but it just the matter of people perspective on the examination. 

what do you guys think about this?any opinion? if the examination not become an indicator? what else can be the alternative for this?

Life is full with trouble and test, but it always solution,sometimes it just the matter how see the problem. Be creative and be prudent.... all about you is a beauty from inside.

now, it is time to rediscover yourself :
1) Look back and think of when you were happiest
2) Open your eyes and pay attention to what goes by
3) Notice what makes you mad or upset
4) Write in a journal every day
5) Listen to your body
