Exam Oriented?

 Exam always signifies with somebody achievement. But i don't think it is fair to judge people achievement by just looking in the examination slip. Most of the people I know, are not even good in examination, but they have more capabilities rather than those who are high achiever. But however i did not mean that i rejecting the examination directly, but it just the matter of people perspective on the examination. 

what do you guys think about this?any opinion? if the examination not become an indicator? what else can be the alternative for this?
